How do I place an order?
– Just pick the item you wish to purchase, select the color(s) if needed, enter a quantity, and click add to cart. You will then be sent to the cart page, if you would like to add more products click “Continue Shopping” at the bottom left of the cart page. If you are done shopping click “Check Out” on the bottom right of the cart page, then the “Check Out with PayPal” button on the next page.

How can I make a change to a recent order I placed?
– Please email us at TJ@archery-zone.com as soon as possible; as long as your order has not shipped we will do our best to make the necessary changes.
I’m interested in an item but I would like to customize it: with a different braid, color that you don’t have, change clip/buckle style, etc…. How can I do this?
– We will customize just about anything, just send us and email at TJ@archery-zone.com Tell us what you would like us to do, and we will give you a quote as soon as possible. If you like our offer we will send you an invoice through PayPal by email.
Does Archery Zone offer Discounts?
– We do have discounts from time to time, like us on Facebook (button at bottom of the page) and watch for coupon codes.
If I want to make a large order of paracord products, over $150 can you offer a discount?
– We will work with you on large orders send us an email at TJ@archery-zone.com and we will send you a quote.

How much is shipping?
– Generally shipping is free on most items. If there is shipping on an item it will be stated under the shipping tab below the product and you will see it when you add the item to the cart.
How soon will my order ship?
– We do our best to ship all orders with in 1 business day! Please see chart below for more details.
What method does Archery Zone use to ship items?
– We ship by USPS most of the time, on larger items or orders we use UPS.
– You should get and email the night before your order ships with a tracking number, usually the tracking number will not work until 24 hours after you get the email.
– Sometimes Paypal doesn’t get the email sent so if you would like a tracking number but have not revived it please email us and we will be sure to get you one.
Does Archery Zone ship internationally?
– Yes, although we have not found a good way to give a price on our website that applies to everyone, so we ask that you contact us by email at TJ@archery-zone.com for a quote and to order.
Can I add a product to an existing order?
– Yes, as long as a shipping label has not been printed. Email us at TJ@archery-zone.com as soon as possible.
How can I pay for the items in my cart?
– You can pay with PayPal or a credit or debit card.
How do I use a credit or debit card to pay?
– Just click “Don’t have a PayPal Account” (even if you do have one) and enter your information. Note this does not create a PayPal account.
Can I order over the phone?
– Yes, although we do not take credit cards over the phone for security reasons.
– We will take your order and then email you an invoice for the total you can then check your email and pay by credit / debit card or by PayPal.
How will my credit card be processed?
– We use PayPal to process credit and debit cards, this way we never see your card information at all. This keeps you and us both protected.
Is PayPal safe?
– Yes, PayPal is the most used payment method on the internet.

Can I return an item?
– YES! We will except a return for any reason. Please email us at TJ@archery-zone.com and let us know why, and when we receive your item back we will refund you.
I received the wrong item or color of item, how can I get the correct one?
– Please contact us as soon as possible; we will take care of you. This can happen from time to time, although rare, we will do everything in our ability to make it right with you. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
Is there a warranty on Archery Zone’s Paracord Items?
– Yes! If one of our Paracord Items ever fails in anyway please contact us by email at TJ@archery-zone.com We will review what happened and if approved we will either fix or replace your item.
